Develop a High-Performing Maintenance Team
▪ Initiating tool box talk with the team and conduct monthly training session for Technicians and Bike Mechanic to improve their understanding of equipment maintenance and Safety protocol
▪ Conduct regular performance evaluations for the maintenance team and identify opportunities for skills improvement
▪ Control on Absenteeism and Attrition
Engineering Initiatives
▪ Finding and implementing energy saving initiatives to reduce electricity consumption
▪ Monitor/ control spend v/s contract on regular basis
