Kaam Ki Khoj is an Indian job portal. Employers post jobs and search candidate profiles here, and job seekers send their CV once so that those employers can find them. The site also lists government vacancies taken from official notifications.
Upload it on the Send us your CV page. There is nothing else to fill in: we read your name, contact details, education, experience and skills from the CV itself. If you would rather type your details as well, use the Submit your resume form.
A PDF, a Word document, or a clear photo of your CV (JPG or PNG), up to 10 MB. If the file you choose is not a CV, for example an Aadhaar card or a marksheet, the page will tell you straight away and ask for your CV instead.
No. Sending your CV and having a profile that employers can find is free. We never sell your details.
Your details are read from the CV and a profile is set up for you. Employers who are hiring on Kaam Ki Khoj can then find it when they search for candidates, and may contact you on the mobile number or email address in your CV. If we could not read your mobile number, the site asks you for it right after the upload.
Right after you upload, the thank-you page shows what was read from your CV, with a link to correct it. Later, sign in and open My Profile, or upload a newer CV on the Send us your CV page.
Use Sign in with a code: enter the email address from your CV and we will email you a one-time code. No password is needed. You can also sign in with Google if that email is a Gmail address.
Write to grievance@kaamkikhoj.com from the email address on your profile, and we will delete everything we hold about you. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
Employers who are hiring on Kaam Ki Khoj. Your profile is not shown in full on public pages, and your photograph is shown only to employers signed in to the portal. If you came to us from one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts, we tell Meta in scrambled form that you applied, only so that we can measure our advertising; your CV is never sent to Meta.
An optional paid service. The Job Agent reads your profile, matches it against new vacancies every day, and prepares applications that you can send in one tap. It costs ₹399 for 30 days or ₹999 for 90 days. Your profile and your CV stay free whether you use it or not.
The Government Jobs section lists vacancies from official notifications. You apply on the official website or through the process the notification describes; each listing links to it. Kaam Ki Khoj does not take applications or fees for government jobs.
No. Kaam Ki Khoj never asks job seekers to pay for an interview, a job offer, training or a joining kit, and no genuine employer should either. Do not pay, and report it to grievance@kaamkikhoj.com with the caller’s number or message.
Register your company, sign in, and choose a package to post jobs. Your vacancies then appear in job search and on your company page.
With a CV search package you can search candidate profiles by skill, qualification, experience and city, and contact the people you want to interview. The For Employers page explains how it works.
Current packages, including any free trial on offer, are listed on the packages page once you have registered and signed in as an employer.

Upload your CV once — we read it, build your profile and put you in front of every employer hiring on Kaam Ki Khoj. No forms, no fees.
