Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made on kaamkikhoj.com, which is operated by Wild Cats Media (GSTIN 06AADFW8994J1ZD), Second Floor, SCO No. 47, Omaxe World Street, Sector 79, Faridabad, Haryana 121004, India. It sits alongside our Terms of Use.

Applying for jobs on Kaam Ki Khoj is free for job seekers, always. No one at Kaam Ki Khoj, and no employer on the site, will ever ask you for money for a job, an interview or an offer letter.

1. Job Agent (for job seekers)

The Job Agent is an optional, paid assistant. It reads new vacancies against your CV and sends you the ones that fit, rewrites your CV, prepares you for interviews and checks job offers for fraud signs.

• Price: ₹99 + 18% GST (₹116.82) for 30 days, or ₹999 + 18% GST (₹1,178.82) for a year, paid once through Razorpay. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice, sent to you on WhatsApp or by email and linked from the payment confirmation page.
• No automatic renewal: a plan ends by itself when its days are over. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to pay again.
• Cancellation: you can stop the agent at any time with the "Stop my agent" button on your matches page, or by writing "stop" to your agent on WhatsApp.
• Refund: if the Job Agent has not done a single task for you since your payment, you get a full refund. A task is any of: sending you a job that fits you, writing a CV for you, preparing an interview pack, emailing an application for you at your request, checking a job message or offer for fraud signs, or reading an offer letter for you. Once it has done a task for you, the payment is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.
• Charged in error: if you were charged twice, or charged but the agent did not start, you get the extra or unused payment back in full.
• How to ask: write to support@kaamkikhoj.com with your registered mobile number and your Razorpay payment reference (it starts with "pay_").

2. Employer packages

Paid packages for employers (job posting, CV search, featured listings) are generally non-refundable once activated, because access to the service begins immediately. If a package was charged in error, could not be delivered, or was duplicated by a payment failure, write to support@kaamkikhoj.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund what is properly due.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, and a GST credit note is issued against the original invoice. The time your bank or card issuer takes to show the credit is outside our control.

4. Delivery of the service

All our services are delivered online, on the website, on WhatsApp and by email. Nothing is shipped. The Job Agent starts within minutes of a successful payment, and you get a confirmation on WhatsApp or by email.
