| Legal & Contractual Risk Management | Identify contractual risks and coordinate with Legal to resolve complex landlord and lease-related matters. |
| MIS & Reporting | Maintain accurate trackers, proactive alerts, and timely management reporting. |
| Portfolio Management | Effectively manage landlord accounts with strong prioritization, follow-up, and execution discipline. |
