Key Responsibilities |
q Report Incidents analysed by Fraud Monitoring Department q Root cause analysis of fraud reported. q Monitoring of Recovery Loss with Departments/Regions q Analyse Incidents not reported in ORMS. q Awareness creation through Risk Snippets, Mobcast, Quiz, Risk Mantra etc. q Perform fraud analytics. q Analysis on Industry alert cases q Identify cases for PIPV on the basis of fraud incidents. q Review incidents not reported of FMR cases. q Trend Analysis on Fraud instances |

Critical competencies |
· Graduate / Post Graduate with 4/5 yrs of experience · Licentiate / similar qualification · Internal / Lead Auditor in ISO 22301, 31000 standards

q Identify Gaps in the process on Fraud Incident reported and reporting the same in the Risk Register (online). q Timely follow up of requirements from Risk Officer/Users. q Timely analysis of frauds and resultant process gaps/recommendation. q No of awareness sessions conducted. q Timely analysis on Industry alert cases. q Timely follow-up for closure of assigned for PIPV. q Follow-up for raising an incidents in ORMS with respective Departments/Regions for FMR cases. q Timely Trend analysis on fraud reported
