Job Title / Role: Principal Digital Product Owner
Location: Bangalore
Education Qualification: 'Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
A postgraduate degree such as MBA, MCA, or BCA is preferred, especially with a background in business management, computer applications, or engineering.
Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a technology-driven product organization, with at least 6 years in product line management.
Role Description
·' - Develop and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the TVS Connect app, aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Identify unmet or unknown customer needs to enhance existing features or develop new connected vehicle solutions.
- Work closely with R&D, New Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Future Mobility teams to align product initiatives and priorities.
- Serve as Product Owner for multiple scrum teams, ensuring smooth execution of development cycles through clear sprint goals and backlogs.
- Plan and lead the go-to-market strategies for app features across domestic and international markets, ensuring impactful product launches.
- Prioritize product features, define user stories, and maintain a clear and actionable product backlog to guide the development teams.
- Define success metrics, track product performance, and regularly update senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilize user research and testing tools to validate features, gain insights, and ensure the app delivers a seamless customer experience.
- Promote Agile and Scrum methodologies across teams, ensuring efficient product development and quick iteration cycles.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by staying updated with digital trends and mentoring peers to build product and business acumen within the team.
Key Skills required
