Quality Planning & Execution-:
1) Deployment of Quality Improvement Plans for Customer Awards in plant
2) Customer visits & interaction for Regular products' quality related issues
3) Review Layout and inspection of in-house parts & BO parts - Regular Parts
4) Review of Supplier Systems audits as per plan
5) Review of key gaps through Dashboards and seeking action plan from RQC/MQC/QA
6) Ensuring deployment of best quality tools and statistical processes for a stable process
7) Ensure calibration plan adherence
8) Review of timely updation of CSRs in MSM & support other functions in aligning CSR expectations
9) Initial Supply Quality Control after SOP for new product
Quality Systems & Audit Management-:
1) Ensure Management reviews are conducted as per plan
2) Review of Process & Product audits
3) Review of deployment of QMS requirements across all processes within plant
4) Conducting and Review of Internal systems (IATF/MSM) audits
5) Ensure support to Safety Officer (Plant/Hub) in 1SO14001 / 45001 related activities
6) Timely closure of Internal/External NC's/Observations
New Product Quality Management-:
1) Coordinating Customer QAV audits
2) Accountable for leading quality activities from HVPT stage
People Development & L&D-:
1) Ensure participation of employees for training in line with training calendars
2) Review effectiveness of Quality DOJO
3) New DOJO set up, Periodic upgradation and regular maintenance
4) Skill upgradation including Test and Certification/Qualification
