This is apprenticeship training, not a job. The notification says the company has no obligation to offer employment afterwards. The notification prints one count for Graduate seats and another for Technician seats, and the 27 above is those two added together. Apprentices are trained for one year, and the company says it is under no duty to hire anyone once the training ends, so treat this as skill-building and not as a guaranteed career start.

General Stream Graduate has no Technician seat at all. The two Electrical & Electronics seats are UR only, with no seat reserved for any category. Reservation follows Madhya Pradesh government rules, and OBC seat numbers may change as per a High Court decision. Seats that fall vacant later in the year may also be filled from the applications received through this advertisement.

Your degree or diploma must have been passed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026, that is, within five years of the 2026-27 session. The qualification must come from a government or private engineering or polytechnic college recognised in Madhya Pradesh, or from a Madhya Pradesh state university. The notification prints no relaxation for any other category, so do not assume extra years for PwBD or ex-servicemen. Age is counted on the last date, 20 November 2026.

The notification states the Graduate Apprentice rate and the Technician Apprentice rate. General Stream Graduate seats sit under the Graduate Apprentice column, and no separate rate is printed for them. No other allowance or benefit is payable, and the stipend follows instructions of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
You must arrange your own accommodation, travel and safety gear (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, goggles). Company housing may be given on payment, only if available. Apprentices must pass the exam run by the Ministry of Skill Development to receive the National Apprenticeship Certificate.

The notification prescribes no stage beyond those above. It also says the company can cancel, limit or extend the selection process without notice, so keep checking the official page. Selection can be cancelled if you are found not eligible or give false information, and no correspondence is entertained on non-selection.

Keep your domicile certificate and degree or diploma marksheet ready before you begin. Selected candidates later need caste or EWS certificate if applicable, 10th and 12th marksheets, a medical fitness certificate (Annexure-I), a police character certificate, accident insurance of at least Rs 1 lakh and a Rs 500 stamp paper agreement.
