Organization & Role 

1. TVS D&AI Team:  TVS Motor Company is the third largest 2-wheeler company in India with a revenue of over ₹20,000 crore (US$2.9 billion). It has an annual sale of more than 3 million units and an annual capacity of over 4 million vehicles. TVS Motor is also the 2nd largest exporter in India with exports to over 60 Countries. A member of the TVS Group, it is the largest company of the group in terms of size and turnover. 

1. D&AI – COE & Adjacent Mobility. This teams with all key growth businesses of the group, including Parts, Accessories, Haritha Insurance & Harith Recoveries and Collections. This team also works with all key TVS Motor Corporate functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Planning etc., 

1. Position: Manager D&AI – Planning,reporting the Chief Digital & AI Officer – Corporate Functions and Adjacent Mobility. 

Job Introduction 

Associate divisional manager- Planning is a strategic role interfacing the Digital & AI vertical with Senior leadership across the organization, keeping the teams’ goals in line with the organizational needs, and communicating key metrics to various stakeholders and Planning teams. The role involves preparing and presenting progress updates across key verticals from a Digital perspective and to be a Digital and AI champion in the organization.  

The role also requires one to be a evangelist of Digital & AI transformation in the company and also have a keen sense of numbers to drive impact via Digital and its communication to the leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Assist the D&AI team to develop action plans to meet MPCP goals, run coordination meeting with CP (check point) owners to track progress and orchestrate goal achievement  

1. Collaborate with planners of other sections and departments to ensure seamless work coordination  

1. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives with other partner teams  

1. Participate in regular meetings with the HR partner / Finance Partners & Vendor Partners to discuss potential staffing issues 

1. Assess inquiries directed to the D&AI team, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage 

1. Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved 

Job Requirements 

1. Ability Work closely with various Digital & AI leaders within the vertical and be able to drive some transformational programs with high impact 

1. Comfortable to work  in cross-functional team and collaborate with peers during the project lifecycle 

1. Good presentation skills and ability to clearly work with metrics, and be able to quantify business impact 

Qualifications 

1. 10-15 years of work experience in similar roles  

1. B.Tech or MBA from a premium institute  

1. Excellent communication and project management skills  

1. Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity within the section 

Experience 

1. 8 - 12  years of work experience with at least 4 years in a similarplanning role 

1. At least 5+ years in a similar role 

1. Start-up experience is a plus

1. Must have good understanding of Digital and AI technologies and the impact it can create in organizations. 

1. Excellent attention to detail. 

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor and a technical lead 

1. Can define and set a vision along with the plan which needs to be implemented to meet the end goal.  

1. Very strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using a number of techniques. 

1. Strong communication skills of complex and sophisticated ideas to a range of key stakeholders, both verbal and written. 

1. Evaluates situations, takes accountability for decisions, issues, etc. in the short, medium and longer-term.
