Location : Bangalore
Education Qualification : 'Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Art, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or an equivalent quantitative field.

Experience : - To lead the development and governance of Business Intelligence and Experimentation frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle, focusing on building scalable BI and A/B testing solutions using Power BI and related platforms to enhance business performance across pre-purchase and after-market functions.

Job Purpose :
To lead the development and governance of Business Intelligence and Experimentation frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle, focusing on building scalable BI and A/B testing solutions using Power BI and related platforms to enhance business performance across pre-purchase and after-market functions.
' - Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development. The PO has to ensure the short- and long-term strategy and has to define the higher-level backlog items such as epics and features, etc.
- Managing the Customer discovery, customer validation, customer creation and company building lifecycle (MVP, Product-market fit and scale).
- Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project.
- Actively collaborate with technical teams, invite them for user-research, remove bottlenecks.
- Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Developing user stories, Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process, Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
- Share wins and accolades with technical colleagues. Put your team and your technical colleagues before you, for recognition.
