Apart from the platform description, the notification lists the work each post will do. The technical posts cover building the platform in Java and Next.js, testing it, securing it and running it. The Product Manager writes requirements and plans releases. The Manager post joins development, support and onboarding of new government bodies. The notification says the three junior posts are deployed against the L1 / L2 Support posts.
Every post has exactly one vacancy. The notification gives no category-wise split for any post.

Every post asks for a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. What changes is the work experience, so check the row for your own post.
| Post | Experience Required |

| Product Manager | 5+ years in business analysis / product management for enterprise or government IT systems |

Some posts add a preference. For Product Manager, experience with case-management, grievance-redressal or workflow platforms is preferred. For Platform & Security Engineer, experience of running production microservice fleets is preferred. If you are a fresh graduate, note that even the three junior posts ask for 1–2 years of experience. If you hold a graduate degree and work in computer and IT roles, you are already on the right track.
| Post | Main Skills |
|---|---|
| Product Manager | Requirements writing, workflow modelling, RBAC / ABAC, Jira / Confluence |
| Full Stack Developer | Java 21, Spring Boot, Next.js / React, PostgreSQL |
| QA Tester | API testing (Postman / REST-assured), Playwright or equivalent, multi-tenant testing |
| AppSec Specialist | OWASP Top 10, secure coding, VAPT coordination, DPDP Act |
| DevSecOps Engineer | Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform / Ansible |
| Platform & Security Engineer | Private / government cloud, PostgreSQL HA, Kafka, Redis |
| Manager – Development, Support & Onboarding | ITIL, incident and SLA management, stakeholder reporting |

| Junior posts | Basic skills for the work, such as Java / Spring Boot, API testing or ticket handling, as listed in the notification PDF |
Pick the post that fits your real experience. A Frontend Developer with 3 years in React should not apply as a Full Stack Developer just because the title sounds bigger, because the experience line for that post asks for Java and Spring Boot as well. Screening looks at relevant experience, so apply for the post that matches yours.
The notification gives no numeric age limit for any post and no age relaxation. It only says that the maximum age will be counted as on the last date of receipt of applications, 18 November 2026. It also says that screening will look at qualifications, age, academic record and relevant experience.
The notification does not state any salary amount or pay range. For ten of the eleven posts it says only that the consolidated remuneration will be matched to your qualifications and experience, within the approved project norms. The Platform & Security Engineer section has no remuneration paragraph at all.
Because the pay is not fixed in the advertisement, think about the posting, the contract nature and the experience you bring before you apply.
Do not assume a figure from private job sites. Check the notification PDF and, if needed, ask at the time of the interview. The contract duration is also not mentioned in the notification.
| Stage | Detail |
|---|---|
| Shortlisting | Objective evaluation matrix based on educational qualification, relevant experience, domain expertise, certifications, publications and other criteria approved by the Competent Authority |
| Selection Interview | Only shortlisted candidates are invited |
| Final Selection | By a duly constituted Selection Committee approved by the Competent Authority of DIC |
The notification does not prescribe a written test. DIC may also fix higher qualification and experience thresholds for screening and for limiting the number of candidates called for interview. Meeting the eligibility alone gives you no right to be shortlisted, and the decision of DIC on shortlisting is final and binding. So fill your experience, certifications, publications and domain details carefully, because the shortlisting matrix looks at exactly these. Keep proof for each claim, such as experience letters and certificates, since the appointment is subject to verification.
Read these conditions before you apply.

| False or suppressed information | If found false or suppressed at any stage, candidature or appointment shall stand cancelled without notice |

| Conflict of interest | You must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest with DIC or its projects |
| Integrity and Vigilance Declaration | The selected candidate must furnish it and maintain the highest standards of ethics |
| Temporary posts | The posts are purely temporary for the DIC project; no right or claim to permanent appointment, now or in any future vacancy |
