The Bihar Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya in Patna has opened online applications again under Advt 01/2024 for Assistant Section Officer (ASO) and Assistant Care Taker. There are 54 posts, split as 50 ASO and 4 Assistant Care Taker seats, and both posts ask only for a graduation degree. Pay runs from Pay Level 4 (₹25,500) up to ₹1,42,400 at Pay Level 7, which makes this a solid chance for graduates, especially those from Bihar.
The form is open from 7 November 2026 (11:00 AM) to 27 November 2026. If you applied for the same post in 2024, you do not need to apply again. Please read the vacancy table slowly, because ASO has no Unreserved seat. We track every update on GovtJobsAlert.in, and you can see more Bihar government jobs here too.
