We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will excel at identifying and engaging passive talent in Tech domain. <br/><br/>This is a contractual role<br/>Locations - Bangalore <br/>Shift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST<br/><br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>1. Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required.<br/>2. Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage.<br/>3. Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.<br/><br/>A day in the life<br/>1. Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.<br/>2. Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.<br/><br/>About the team<br/>The role holder will be a part of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, which is a central sourcing team for WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) team. We scout bar raising talent spanning across Americas (NA, LATAM), Europe, AMET and India, to enable and scale cost-efficient sourcing solutions in Tech, Non-Tech and High volume space.

Basic qualifications

- 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience<br/>- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience<br/>- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates<br/>- Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets<br/>- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting

Preferred qualifications
