1. Context/ Purpose of Job
The Tata Archery Academy has been producing world-class athletes who have represented India at the highest levels of competition, including the Olympic Games and the Asian Games. This role is designed for an elite coach with proven international experience and expertise in high-performance archery training. The coach will play a strategic role in developing athletes capable of podium finishes at global events, ensuring they meet international benchmarks and close the gap with leading archery nations.
The selected coach will:
1. Advanced Coaching Techniques and Methodologies
2. International Best Practices in Archery
3. Targeted Training Program Development
Performance Analysis and Feedback
