We are seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Associate to maintain and organize our product database and inventory systems. The successful candidate will ensure accurate product information, pricing, and descriptions across all sales channels while supporting the merchandising and operations teams. <br/>You will be pivotal in on-boarding new selection from both new and existing vendors and providing ongoing support for inventory replenishment and daily business operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to catalog management, and related tools. <br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/>- Act as the primary POC to assist the Vendors' queries related to VCS (Vendor Catalog Support)<br/><br/>- Input, update, and verify product data, specifications etc in our catalog management system<br/><br/>- Audit and correct product information for accuracy and consistency across all platforms<br/><br/>- Formulate SOPs for the entire team to develop scalable solution around catalog<br/><br/>- Perform quality assurance checks on product listings and resolve discrepancies<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to catalog management and related tools.<br/><br/>About the team<br/>Amazon Retail India Private Limited (ARIPL) is a fully owned subsidiary of Amazon India. - Bachelor's degree<br/>- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
