Plan and execute the daily forecast and effective materials management of all non-inventory packaging supplies<br/>• Execute purchase order creation<br/>• Liaise with suppliers to secure prompt deliveries<br/>• Develop relationships with primary internal customers (on-site management teams), external suppliers and other Amazon Teams (Operations and Corporate)<br/>• Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction Policy<br/>• Plan truck deliveries in full<br/>• Plan time slots for deliveries upfront with the suppliers<br/>• Communicate the accurate delivery schedule to the local FC materials receiving teams<br/>• Be the escalation POC to ensure deliveries are offloaded as per the agreed timelines with suppliers<br/>• Work with Operations and on site procurement teams to define strategies to mitigate space constraints<br/>• Manage and drive down the number of Invoices on Hold (IOH) requests<br/>• Provide support to other buyers in other regions as and when required<br/>• Provide training to new buyers<br/>• Deliver Procurement metrics in line with set targets. Basic qualifications

- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1<br/>- Experience with MS Office, in particular MS Excel

Preferred qualifications
