Good news for everyone who applied before the window closed on 21 October 2026. The Staff Selection Commission has fixed the Stage-I Computer Based Examination (CBE) of the Coast Guard Enrolled Persons Test (CGEPT) Batches 01/2027 & 02/2027 for 17th to 18th November 2026, in an Important Notice dated 02.11.2026. This replaces the tentative “Early/Mid November 2026” slot struck out in the Important Dates table.
Only the dates are confirmed in this notice. It does not give the exam-city slip or E-admit card details, so keep watching your candidate dashboard and the SSC website. Use these days to revise the Stage-I pattern: 100 objective questions of one mark each, bilingual, one hour, with no negative marking.

Yantrik is filled only in CGEPT-01/27, and Navik (DB) and Hygienist-I only in CGEPT-02/27. Navik (GD) candidates may land in either batch on merit, vacancies and service need, and cannot claim a particular batch.
Navik (GD) Male is recruited zone-wise, with a separate merit list for each zone; the zone-wise seats are shown during registration. All other posts are filled on an All India basis.
