• Ensure up to mark quality of raw material received.
• Prepare food items as per production plan and at stipulated times.
• Ensure consistency in quality, presentation and timeliness of the food.
• Coordinate with stores and receiving to procure requisite material and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of food
