No post has a seat for OBC candidates. The only ST seat, on the Accountant post, is for a Divyang (PwBD) ST candidate, and the Programme Officer seat is a backlog vacancy open to Unreserved candidates. The notification also keeps horizontal reservation within each category: Women 30%, Ex-Servicemen 10% and Divyang 6%. If a candidate of that group is not available, the seat goes to an open candidate of the same category.

These are fixed contract salaries, not pay-scale posts. The contract runs from the day you join up to 28 February 2027. After that, the appointing officer can decide to extend it based on your work, conduct and the department’s need, otherwise the contract ends on its own. The job is purely temporary and can be ended without giving a reason, and no pension or other payment is given after service ends. The contract follows the Chhattisgarh Contract Appointment Rules 2012 and the Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965.
The whole appointment is also subject to the final order of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022, so treat it as a conditional offer until you get your order. The number of posts can go up or down, and applications received now can be used for vacancies that arise within one year.

Experience must be in a government rural development scheme at a salary at least equal to this post. You get 5 marks for 1 to 2 years, 10 marks for up to 5 years (2 to 5 years for Accountant) and 15 marks for more than 5 years. Experienced candidates must show an appointment order and an NOC or experience certificate from the employer. The notification does not give the test date.
