RLDA is a lean organisation that works on land management and station redevelopment. The notice says the experience gained here helps in land management, contract management, finance management, valuation and marketing. It also says the number of posts and locations are indicative and may vary as per RLDA’s requirement, so treat the table below as the position today and check the RLDA website again before you post your papers.

The notice does not split the posts between JGM and DGM, or between Manager and Assistant Manager. It also gives no category-wise reservation. RLDA adds that projects are running at Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Chennai, Lucknow, Nagpur and Secunderabad, and manpower may be needed across India.

Experience in tendering work and knowledge of computers are desirable for all items. Item 1 also prefers construction work related to S&T. Items 2 and 3 prefer experience in land management, and Item 2 also prefers planning and execution of land or estate work.
The notice states no age limit for any of these posts. Your eligibility depends on your present pay level, your cadre and the years of regular service you hold, so count those carefully on your own service record before you apply.

For PSU officers, the notice gives IDA scale equivalents: E-6 (Rs 90,000 – 2,40,000), E-5 (Rs 80,000 – 2,20,000) and E-4 (Rs 70,000 – 2,00,000) for Level 13 / 12 / 11, and E4 (Rs 70,000 – 2,00,000), E3 (Rs 60,000 – 1,80,000), E2 (Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000) and E1 (Rs 40,000 – 1,40,000) for Level 11 / 10 / 8 / 7.
For Items 1 and 2, one scale higher than the parent grade is allowed up to Pay Level 12, or deputation allowance if you are posted in the same grade. Railway officers can also get railway accommodation and passes. The notice lists liberal lease facility (including self-lease), conveyance allowance or official vehicle, medical facilities, soft furnishing allowance and electricity allowance. Item 2 adds TADK and caretaker allowance.
The notice names an interaction / interview, with a tentative date at short notice after 5 December 2026. The notice names no other stage. Keep your service record handy and be ready to explain your land, tendering or computer experience, because those are the points the notice lists as desirable. The deputation tenure is 5 years (3 years + 2 years), and for Item 3 the 4th and 5th years are extendable by VC/RLDA.
