Selection Process
- No written examination or interview will be conducted.
- Preparation of Merit List based on the simple average percentage of marks obtained in both Class 10th and ITI examination.
- Document Verification of original 10th mark sheets, ITI trade certificates, and caste certificates.
- Medical Fitness Examination as per railway medical standards before apprentice joining.

- Click on the Act Apprentice 2026 online application link.
- Register using your valid ID details, active mobile number, and email ID.
- Fill in your personal information exactly as given in your Class 10th certificate, then enter your 10th and ITI marks.
- Select only one cluster (Mumbai, Bhusawal, Pune, Nagpur, or Solapur) and give your unit choices based on your trade.
- Upload your scanned photograph, signature, 10th marksheet, and ITI certificate.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- online (exempted categories pay Nil).
- Submit the form before 02 December 2026 (05:00 PM) and print a copy of the final page for your records.
