The numbers are marked “vacant / likely to fall vacant”. The hospital says posts can change without notice and depend on what is actually available on the interview day. If reserved candidates are not available, the posts can be filled from General candidates, but only on adhoc basis for 44 days.

If resident doctors are not available, the hospital may apply the relaxed eligibility criteria of the Health and Family Welfare circular dated 10.06.2011, under the Residency Scheme order of 1992. The notice does not list those relaxed terms, so do not count on them. Check your own specialty against the table, because the Non-PG route is a fallback and not a first choice.

The notice names OBC (Delhi) candidates for age relaxation, but it does not state how many years. Work out your age on 12 November 2026 and do not assume any figure.

Only these two types of certificate are accepted. Since all posts sit in the OBC column, OBC (Outside) candidates, treated as UR, are considered only if reserved candidates are unavailable, on adhoc basis for 44 days.
The notice gives the pay as Basic Pay in Level-11 as per the 7th Pay Commission. It does not print a rupee amount, so we do not quote one. Check the 7th CPC pay matrix for the exact Level-11 figure. Allowances are not mentioned in the notice.
