On each registration day, the eligible and ineligible list comes out at 5:00 PM. Claims and objections are taken from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The final list is out at 10:00 AM the next day, and the interview, written test or skill test starts from 12:00 noon. If the work is not finished on a day, it moves to the next working day, and the notice goes on the Sukma district website.
The notice sets out these steps and marks. It does not say which of the written, skill or interview test applies to which post, so check on the day.
| Stage | Detail |
|---|---|
| Registration and scrutiny | Filled form with documents, then the eligible and ineligible list |
| Claims and objections | Only for clerical or typing corrections, not new documents |
| Written, skill or interview test | 20 marks; at least 7 marks (33%) are needed to stay in the race |
| Document verification | Original documents checked before the final list |
| Merit and waiting list | Category-wise waiting list, valid 1 year or until the next recruitment |
Marks are out of 100. For 2nd ANM, 60% of your essential qualification marks, up to 20 for experience and 20 for the test. For every other post, 65% of qualification marks, up to 15 for experience and 20 for the test. Grades and grade points are converted to marks using the tables in the notice.
| Experience Type | Marks |
|---|---|
| Related work (other posts) | 2 per year, maximum 10 |
| NHM working staff | 3 per year, maximum 15 |
| 2nd ANM: trained Mitanin who passed ANM by 31 December 2017 | 4 per year, maximum 20 |
| 2nd ANM: other candidates | 2 per year, maximum 10 |
Only completed years count, up to 5 years. Experience gets marks only if it is related to the post you apply for. If candidates are tied, the older one ranks higher. The number called for the test depends on the advertised total: ten times the posts when the total is up to ten, five times when it is eleven to fifty, and three times above fifty.
| Condition | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| One form per post | You must submit a separate application for every post |
| Form details | Name, full address, post name, post number, category and the number of documents attached must all be filled in, or the form is rejected |
| Signature | A form without your signature declares you ineligible |
| Documents | Failing to show original documents for verification makes you ineligible |
| Certificates | All qualifications must be held on or before the date you submit the form |
| Caste certificate | SC, ST and OBC need a permanent Chhattisgarh caste certificate; a temporary one makes you ineligible. OBC also needs the state-level certificate |
| Special reservation | For PwD, ex-serviceman or women’s reservation, a missing certificate puts you in the general category |
| PwD seats | For 2nd ANM, Nursing Officer NHM and Community Health Officer, only candidates with one-leg disability of 40% or more are eligible |
| Experience | Only government or semi-government experience counts, with the appointment order. Unpaid or voluntary work gets no marks |
| Serving staff | You must give a no-objection certificate not older than 6 months |
| Previously removed staff | If you were removed from NHM for rule breaking, or from any department for indiscipline, financial irregularity or misconduct, you are ineligible |
| Pressure | Any attempt to pressure the selection gets your application rejected |
| False details | Incomplete or false information can cancel your candidature at any stage, even after selection |
| Selection | Being selected does not guarantee an appointment |
| Travel | No TA or DA, and you arrange your own stay |
You do not apply online. You must go in person on your post’s date.

| 5 | Deliver the form by hand at Livelihood College, Kumhararas, Sukma, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on your post’s date |
