IOCL Paradip Apprentice 2nd Round Document Verification 2026: DV from 16 November

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Paradip Refinery has released the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for the 2nd round of Document Verification (DV) for Trade/Technician Apprentices, in notice No. PDR/HR/1: 152 dated 4 November 2026. DV is held on 16, 17 and 18 November 2026, with the scheduled time of 08:30 AM on all three days, at the Auditorium Hall of the Administrative Building, Paradip Refinery.

What Is the DV Schedule and Venue for IOCL Paradip Apprentice 2026?

Shortlisting is provisional: it is for the 2nd round of DV and the Pre-Engagement Medical Examination that follows, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and having documents found in order. The registration numbers are not in order of merit, and shortlisting does not confer any right for engagement as an apprentice.

What Documents to Carry to the IOCL Paradip Apprentice DV?

Bring the originals and self-attested copies of all testimonials, along with:

• A copy of the online application you submitted and five recent passport size colour photographs.
• 10th pass/Matriculation certificate from the education board, as proof of date of birth.
• Class XII marksheet, and semester-wise/year-wise marksheets of ITI (Fitter) issued by NCVET or SCVT, or of Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, with the final certificate.
• A CGPA/OGPA/letter grade to percentage conversion certificate, if applicable.
• A certificate from the Principal of your institute giving the date of result publication, stating that the course was completed in Regular Full-time mode and certifying good conduct, if applicable.
• SC/ST/Disability, OBC (NCL) with Declaration, or EWS certificates in the prescribed format available on www.iocl.com.
• For Code 111: a skill certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator from a body recognised under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or another authority recognised by the Central Government.
• A print of your NATS/NAPS portal registration, and the affidavit on eligibility in the standard template (Annexure-A) uploaded with the advertisement.

What Are the Conditions, Travel and Stay Rules for the Paradip DV?

• Do not appear if you do not meet the qualification (including minimum percentage marks in aggregate as in Clause A of the advertisement) or the age limit on the date of reckoning.
• If any certificate contradicts the claim in your online application, the candidature is summarily rejected at any stage of selection, or any time thereafter, without further notice, and false or incorrect information leads to cancellation.
• Outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates get 2nd class rail or ordinary bus fare, to and fro by the shortest route from mailing address or actual place of journey, whichever is less, against the TA claim form (on www.iocl.com), tickets and caste certificate copy.
• Plan a stay of 2-3 days at Paradip for DV and the medical examination, self-arranged. Carry sufficient money, as some medical tests may be done outside the hospital.

What’s Next After the 2nd Round of DV
