The High Court of Delhi is filling 152 posts of Junior Judicial Assistant / Restorer through the Junior Judicial Assistant/Restorer (Open) Examination-2026. What is the Eligibility for Delhi High Court JJA Recruitment 2026?

Eligibility was fixed on the last date of the application window, 23 February 2026. It still matters at this stage, because the court checks your documents only before the interview.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognised University, and
  • Typing speed of not less than 35 words per minute on a computer.

Your final graduation result must have been declared on or before 23 February 2026. The degree must come from a University or Institution recognised by the Government of India. If you are a graduate looking for government jobs, keep this clause in mind for other court exams too.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

You must be between 18 and 32 years. In simple words, you should be born not earlier than 02.01.1994 and not later than 01.01.2008. Only the date of birth in your Matriculation / Secondary certificate is accepted, and no request to change it is entertained.

There is no rounding off of marks at any stage, and no re-evaluation or re-checking of scores. If a question is held invalid, it is not evaluated and marks are calculated on a prorated basis.
