Every applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal with adequate knowledge of the local language. A graduate degree plus a 1-year computer diploma opens the three MPW posts. BHMS holders from the medical and healthcare field have two.

Desirable points are not compulsory but help. For the MPW posts it is exposure in social sector schemes and Government Missions. For Ayush Doctors it is public health programme experience and computer knowledge. For LDC it is clerical experience in the Health and Family Welfare Department, which gets preference. For DEO it is typing speed of 30 WPM in English and 25 WPM in Bengali.
Note on the doctor posts: the essential qualification printed is BHMS (Homeopathy), but the marks formula for the same posts says “total BAMS examination”. The notice does not explain this. We have shown both exactly as printed, so check with the CMOH office or the official portal before you apply.
The Data Entry Operator must also be a permanent resident of the district concerned or of the same Revenue Division. The LDC and Accountant posts need retirement (PPO) documents in the Annexure-A proforma. The notice calls it enclosed, but it is not part of the 4-page PDF available to us.

Age relaxation for reserved categories is allowed as per the prevailing rules and orders of the Government of West Bengal, only where such relaxation is permissible. The notice prints no category-wise figures, so do not assume a number.
The pay is a consolidated monthly remuneration, not a pay scale. The notice mentions no pay level, grade pay or allowances.

For the DEO, experience marks are 2 for the essential experience plus 2 for each completed year above it. Everyone must also pass Document Verification in person, with originals.

Do not send any physical document to the office. Keep ready your Madhyamik (or equivalent) admit card as age proof, mark sheets and pass certificates, address proof (Voter ID or Aadhaar), and experience certificates with salary slips for the last three months against each claimed period.
