The posts are temporary. The appointment runs from the joining date until 28 February 2027. It can be extended later, based on your work ability, capacity, conduct and the department’s need.
Category by category, the 23 seats are ST 16, SC 1, OBC 3 and UR (Unreserved) 3. By gender, 11 are for women and 12 are Open. Each Gram Panchayat has its own category and its own women or Open tag, so one row per village is given. The roster follows the Zila Panchayat Bijapur reservation order.

Apply only for the Gram Panchayat where you live. The notification says that if no eligible SC or ST woman applies for a seat, a male candidate of the same category can be selected. If a Gram Panchayat gets no eligible application at all, a same-category candidate from a nearby Gram Panchayat inside Janpad Panchayat Bijapur may be chosen on merit.

The notification says reserved categories get relaxation as per rules. It does not state the number of years. Your age proof is a copy of your Matric certificate.
The pay is a fixed lump-sum honorarium of Rs 9,960 per month. No other allowance is payable. The post is purely temporary.

The merit is worked out on 100 marks. Here is how they are given.

For computer skill, you need either a 1-year computer diploma or certificate from a recognised institution (PGDCA, DCA or ITI), or at least 6 months of experience as a Panchayat-cum-Data Entry Operator. Either one gets 15 marks. For scheme experience on a similar honorarium, 6 months earns 5 marks and each further 6 months adds 1 mark, up to the 15-mark maximum. The decision of the Collector and District Programme Coordinator, Bijapur, is final.

Keep these documents ready before you start: attested copies of your educational certificates, age proof (copy of Matric certificate), residence certificate, employment registration certificate, and a caste certificate if you claim a reserved seat. The caste certificate must be a permanent one from the competent authority, with a caste verification certificate or an affidavit.
