Eligibility Criteria
SSLC holders with Survey Recorder Class II or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Usual relaxation for SC, ST and OBC; see Part II General Conditions.
How to Apply
Register once under One Time Registration on the Kerala PSC website if the profile does not already exist. Use the existing User-ID if it does. Do not create a second profile. Open the notification link for the Extraordinary Gazette dated 30 September 2026 and click Apply Now for each category number you are eligible for. The window runs until 04 November 2026, 12:00 midnight. For a new profile, upload a photograph taken within 6 months, with name and photo date printed at the bottom. Use the Photo & Signature Resizer only to match the size the profile asks for. Enter experience or service certificate details in the profile and upload the scan before submitting, where the category asks for it. Add Aadhaar as ID proof if you have it. Submit. The application is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Save the printout from My Applications. If a test is scheduled, submit the exam confirmation in the profile inside the calendar window. Only then can the admission ticket be downloaded in the last 15 days before the test.
