Notice two things here. Section Officer has no UR seat and no SC seat, and Senior Assistant has no SC seat. The PwBD seats are horizontal, which means they sit inside the totals above and are not extra.
Also note that several seats are marked re-advertised. These seats were advertised before and are being offered again here. The Sports Coach post is for female candidates only. The two deputation posts are not meant for fresh candidates at all; they are for serving officers of government bodies, universities, autonomous bodies or PSUs.
You must hold the essential qualification as on the closing date of application. Each post has its own requirement.

For the Junior Assistant post, a 12th pass candidate is fully eligible, and two years of office experience is only desirable, not compulsory. Similarly, the Finance & Accounts and Secretarial specialisations listed for Section Officer and Senior Assistant (Commerce, Inter CA / ICWAI, MBA Finance, English shorthand) are desirable, so do not rule yourself out if you lack them. Remember that working knowledge of computers and good communication skills are mandatory for every post, and the University may test this skill during selection.

Payment is online only. If you apply for two posts, you pay the fee twice. Women of every category are exempt, so a woman applying under UR or OBC does not pay anything.
