With only one seat in most posts, competition for each will be tight. The Ayah post, with five seats, is the widest door here for candidates with 10th pass and a year of hospital or Anganwadi work behind them.

Notice the word “AND” for Counsellor, Accountant and DEO. A degree or 12th alone is not enough there; you also need the Diploma in Computer Applications. For Counsellor there are two routes, and the PG Diploma route does not ask for the one year of counselling experience. If you hold a 10th pass certificate, the Ayah and Chowkidar posts are open to you, but only with the one year of experience the notice asks for, so keep your experience certificate ready.
For the Nurse post the notice asks for a B.Sc (Nursing) degree, and for the Doctor (Part-Time) post it asks for MBBS. The Doctor post is part-time, so look at the pay before you apply — at ₹9,930 it is lower than the Nurse’s ₹11,916.

The notice states a single consolidated figure for each post and does not list any separate allowances, so plan your budget around the amount shown for your post.
Counsellor and Accountant are the best-paid posts at ₹18,536, and both ask for a Diploma in Computer Applications on top of the main qualification. If you already hold that diploma, check these two posts first.
This is a contract job, not a regular government post. The contract is likely to be extended on mutual consent, but it gives no right to a permanent appointment.
