Here is what the work looks like, so you can judge the fit before applying. The AGM (HR & Admin.) leads the HR and administration team, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training and office upkeep. The DGM (Outsourcing) supervises the manpower and recruitment cell, client billing, agreements and labour licence renewals. The DGM (Projects) leads IT and telecom projects from concept to commissioning and floats tenders. Accounts posts handle salary bills, vendor payments, journal entries and bank reconciliation. The Legal supervisor handles court cases, RTI replies and contracts, while supervisors and the junior engineer assist the respective DGM.
Officers of Central or State Government, autonomous bodies and Central or State PSUs who meet the post criteria may apply. Experience is counted from the date you earned the minimum essential qualification.

Check the exam calendar for other upcoming recruitment dates.
The same two-part process applies to every post, so register online first and then send the paper form. Missing either half means your application is not complete.
You may send an advance copy of the forwarding letter directly to ICSIL, but the application through proper channel must still arrive by the last date. ICSIL takes no responsibility for postal delay, so use a trackable courier and post it a few days early. Candidates should also keep checking the ICSIL website for any corrigendum on this vacancy.
