You need a pass class in B.E. or B.Tech from an AICTE/UGC approved college or institute, or a recognised university. The degree discipline must be one of these:

These include Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, HPE, Dell or Red Hat OEM certificates, OSCP, CEH, CHFI, Certified SOC Analyst or equivalent, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA, CKAD and AWS or Linux certifications. The pay is an all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of ₹50,000 per month for the first year. It rises by ₹5,000 for every year the contract is extended. Because it is a project job, there is no regular pay scale.

The contract is for 3 years from the date of joining. It may be extended by up to one more year, which makes 4 years at most, depending on project progress and your performance. Selected candidates must also take medical insurance of ₹2 lakhs per annum and life cover of ₹5 lakhs per annum, and submit proof at joining.
BEL shortlists candidates purely on the information declared in the application form, so fill it honestly. Selection is then through a written test, followed by an interview only for those who qualify in the written test.
