| Document | Roll-wise marks of all candidates who appeared in the SKT |
| Advertisement | No. 23/2026 (PGT Computer Science) |
| Dated | 29.09.2026 |
| Issued by | Deputy Secretary, HPSC, Panchkula |

| Marks withheld | 26 (19 for violation of instructions, 7 due to court case) |
| Maximum SKT marks | 150 |
| Weighted marks shown out of | 87.5 |
| Highest marks in the list | 99 out of 150 (57.75 out of 87.5) |
| Cut-off marks | Not stated in the marks list |
| Next stage date | Not announced yet |
This PDF is a marks list only. It does not name a cut-off, a shortlist or an interview date, so please do not trust any “cut-off” figure you see on social media until HPSC publishes one. The second marks column is simply your SKT score multiplied by 87.5/150, because the SKT carries 87.5% weightage in the final merit.
What comes next is written in the original advertisement: candidates equal to two times the advertised posts (including bracketed candidates) will be called for the Interview/Viva-Voce, provided they have secured the minimum cut-off of 35% in the SKT. On a 150-mark paper, 35% works out to 52.5 marks. The interview carries the remaining 12.5% weightage, and the final merit list adds the SKT and interview marks.
If your marks show “withheld”, the remark itself tells you why: either violation of instructions or a court case. Only HPSC can clarify an individual case, so keep your roll number and admit card ready before you contact the Commission.

| 5 | Check whether a withheld remark appears in place of your marks |

The advertisement fixes the pay as ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100 plus usual allowances as applicable from time to time. It does not publish an in-hand figure, so treat any exact monthly amount you see elsewhere as an estimate only.

| Allowances | Usual allowances as per Haryana Government rules |
| Stage | Detail |
|---|---|

HPSC reserved the right to call candidates directly to the SKT without a screening test. In the screening test, one-fourth (0.25) mark is deducted for each wrong answer, and also for any question where none of the five circles is darkened. A candidate who leaves all circles blank in more than 10% of questions is disqualified. Syllabus for both papers is in Annexure-I of the advertisement. For other teaching drives, see our teaching and faculty jobs list.

These rules from the advertisement matter most now, because HPSC checks documents only after you qualify for the interview. A strong SKT score will not help if a certificate fails these tests, so go through each line calmly and fix any gap you can.
| Condition | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Documents are checked after qualifying for interview | Eligibility is assessed only once you qualify; HPSC may also check earlier |
| No certificate issued after 09.03.2026 is accepted | Every degree, HTET / STET and category certificate must pre-date the closing date |
| Marks improved after the closing date | Not considered for any purpose |
| Qualification not claimed in the form | Not taken into consideration later |
| Minimum qualification only | Does not by itself entitle you to an interview call |
| Admit card | Does not mean you were found eligible in all respects |
| Category | Considered as filled in the form; no change allowed later |
| False or incomplete information (including pending FIRs/cases) | Candidature liable to be cancelled |
| BC-A / BC-B (NCL) and EWS certificates | Must be issued on or before the closing date and valid for 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 |
| Plain OBC certificate | Not considered unless it clearly states BC-A or BC-B (Non Creamy Layer) |
| Women claiming category reservation | Caste certificate must be from the father’s side; in-laws’ certificates are not entertained |
| Creamy layer BC candidates | Not eligible for BC-A / BC-B reservation; they apply as General |
| Ex-servicemen already in a regular civil job through reservation | Not entitled to ESM reservation again (age relaxation for a higher post continues) |
| Govt employee who signed a bond (incl. joining any Govt / PSU job after applying) | NOC from the employer / HOD must be produced on or before the interview date, failing which no interview |
| Govt employee who resigned after applying | Interviewed only on producing the HOD’s letter that the resignation is accepted, on or before the interview date |
| Reserved-category claim rejected (invalid, missing or late certificate) | Candidature is not considered in the General category either |
