Reservation for SC, ST, OBC and EWS is as per Government rules, and Ex-Servicemen reservation is also as per rules. The notification gives no category-wise seat split and says no reservation is applicable under the Persons with Disabilities Act. The notification also says vacancies may be changed at the discretion of the management.
Eligibility is counted as on 1 October 2026. Both posts are open to graduates in any discipline of at least 3 years from a recognised university, who can speak Hindi and English and are conversant with the local language.

The vacancies are filled first from candidates holding a valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate, and only the leftover seats go to graduate freshers and Ex-Servicemen. So if you are a fresher, your chance depends on how many certificate holders apply.
Preferable (not compulsory): BCAS certified XBIS screener, firefighting, industrial security, disaster management, unarmed combat, legal knowledge and an NCC B or C certificate. For RSO only, administrative functions, AEP guidelines 2022 and report writing are also preferable.

Age is counted as on 1 October 2026. The notification does not give any relaxation for PwBD candidates, and it states a maximum age only.

The pay is all inclusive, as per company policy. The Rs 2,000 AVSEC allowance is paid every month from the date you qualify the BCAS Basic AVSEC course, until the certificate validity ends. You must arrange your own housing at the place of posting, and the job is transferable to any AIESL station in India.

The notification does not publish an exam pattern, syllabus or exam date. Shortlisted candidates are told by email, so write a correct and legible email ID on the form. Management has kept all rights over how the exercise is conducted, so the stages can change.
