  • Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement absence plans, leave policies, accrual calculations, and eligibility rules.
  • Configure:
    • Time Entry Codes
    • Time Calculation Rules
    • Time Tracking Validations
    • Work Schedules
    • Leave Types and Plans
    • Holiday Calendars
    • Accrual Rules
  • Support and optimize business processes related to employee attendance and leave management.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.
  • Configure security roles and domain permissions.
  • Perform testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Support Workday releases and enhancement projects.
  • Prepare functional design documents and user training materials.
