Process employee data management transactions with high accuracy
• Handle simple to moderately complex payroll-related updates within Hire-to-Retire
lifecycle
• Maintain employee records in HR systems ensuring data integrity
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and upstream/downstream stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements
• Support reporting and documentation activities
• HRIS Analyst / Functional Lead — Core HR
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Global HR: worker lifecycle (hire, transfer, promotion,
termination), assignments, work relationships
• Enterprise structures: legal entities, business units, divisions, departments, locations,
jobs, positions, grades
• HCM data model: Person, Assignment, and Work Structures objects; effective dating and
date-tracked changes
• Security configuration: roles, data roles, security profiles, area of responsibility (AOR)
• Approval workflows (BPM), Autocomplete Rules / Business Rules, Transaction Design
Studio
• HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for mass data changes
• Flexfields (DFF/EFF), value sets, fast formulas (eligibility, derived values).
• Personalization/configuration via Page Composer and Visual Builder Studio (VBCS)
• Document Records, Checklists, journeys (Oracle Journeys)
• Quarterly release readiness/regression testing
