Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the enterprise Vulnerability Management lifecycle from detection to remediation.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor patch deployment activities and track remediation compliance against organizational SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain vulnerability dashboards, executive reports, and risk scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Analyze security findings from vulnerability scanning tools and prioritize remediation activities based on risk.
  • Administer and optimize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) workflows and processes.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve vulnerability management processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Track and report key security KPIs, remediation timelines, compliance metrics, and risk trends.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with audit, compliance, and risk management teams to support security assessments.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through data-driven reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for vulnerability management and patch governance programs.
