Virtual commissioning Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Job Profile:
Robotics Simulation, OLP, Cycle Time Validation, Line Simulation.
Simulate production processes to identify and resolve issues early.
Validate equipment functionality, cycle times, and process logic.
Develop and maintain virtual models (Digital Twins) of manufacturing systems.
Perform virtual commissioning of PLC, robot, and automation programs.
Integrate PLCs, HMIs, robots, conveyors, and other automation systems in simulation environments.
Conduct offline programming and testing of robots and control systems.
Support commissioning and startup activities at customer sites.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams.
Prepare technical reports, validation documents, and commissioning records.
Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and safety standards
