C. Key Result Areas

IT Infra Operation

· Cloud IT Operation delivery.

· Identify area of automation and optimization.

· New technology and tools implementation.

· DC Optimi

· Setup and drive IT Support org structure.

· Set and measure service SLA

· Vendor and contract Management.

· Launch new IT support initiatives.

· Interface with back-end Teams to provide timely solutions for new requirements.

· Provide data driven analysis to management about key improvement and opportunity area.

· Drive compliance and interface for all internal and external audit.

· Drive new tool adoptions by launching new campaign and coordinate with user functions.

· Ensure PAN India uninterrupted IT support

· Inventory management, incident management, problem management, RCA

· Lead New branch setup, new channel partner onboarding, understanding Sales and other channel specific requirements and provide leadership engagement from IT side.

Risk Management and Mitigation

· Prevent IT Service SLA breach, in case of breach of SLA ensure vendor and contract management.

· Setup preventive maintenance and preventive mechanism to avoid any operational failure.

· Single point interface from IT side to identify any end user operational failure that may happen because of IT service failure.

Managing the Team

· Setup Lead Internal IT support team for HO and Zones.

· Lead extended vendor support team.

· Coordinate with SME to provide technical expertise for complex end user issues.

· Lead cross functional team for supporting any end user facing project/program.

D. Skills Required

Technical

· Cloud Automation through Infra as code

· Azure and Microsoft cloud expertise

· Setup ITSM Tools like Manage engine, servicenow, Freshdesk, Jira etc

· Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Solarwinds etc

· Cloud Proxy and SASE Solutions like Zscaler, Netscope etc

· DLP, AV, WSUS, Patch management, VPN, VDI technology.

· knowledge of Infrastructure technologies like Active directory, LDAP, Router, switches, Server Hardware with all Leading OS like Windows,Redhat,Linux, DHCP,Radius,Cerficate Server, DNS, Application, ,Public certificates, global traffic manager , Network management coordination for DC, DR drills.

· Patch management, ITSM tools, Microsoft Exchange,O356,MS teams. Azure AD, Proxy etc.

· Wifi, LAN,WAN, VLAN, DNS,DHCP, SSL etc

Experience

· 18 plus years of experience in handling IT support.

· Have worked for managing complex IT setup of organization with 300+ branches and PAN india setup.

· Shall have lead IT team of more than 50 team members.

· Shall have lead IT support team across organization.

· Shall have lead Top management IT support

· Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build productive relationships across the ecosystem
