Roles & Responsibilities :
• Design and develop acoustic insulation packages (dash insulators, carpets, headliners, dampers).
• Work closely with the NVH team to identify noise sources and develop countermeasures.
• Select and validate acoustic materials.
• Optimize for performance, weight, and cost.
Must have skills :
• Specialized experience in automotive acoustics and sound package design.
• Knowledge of acoustic materials and their properti
