Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering continuous improvement. This position is essential for ensuring that client service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while empowering teams through effective leadership and innovative problem-solving strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Processes By Leveraging Beyondtrust And Active Directory To Enhance Management Reporting And Facilitate Streamlined Information Flow Across Teams.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Thoroughly Understand Their Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Consistently Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Thycotic Privilege Manager And Beyondtrust Password Safe.
3. Lead, Mentor, And Motivate The Project Team, Ensuring Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Objectives While Utilizing Avecto For Security Administration.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development, Utilizing Existing Tools To Foster Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Employing Active Directory And Beyondtrust Capabilities To Achieve Successful Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Beyondtrust And Active Directory With Practical Application In Operational Processes.
2. Proficiency In Thycotic Privilege Manager And Beyondtrust Password Safe For Managing Privileged Access.
3. Strong Understanding Of Avecto For Endpoint Security Management.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Foster Teamwork And Collaboration.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Itil Foundation Certification
