Job Summary

The Track Lead for Tools & Automation will play a crucial role in operations management, focusing on continuous improvement and effective problem-solving. This position emphasizes meeting client SLAs and empowering teams through strong leadership and mentorship. The Track Lead will drive innovation and enhance operational capabilities to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Splunk And Splunk Itsi To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Leverage Bash And Python Scripting To Automate Solutions That Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals, Facilitating Knowledge Sharing, And Guiding Team Members In Effective Use Of Tools And Technologies.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Proposing New Ideas And Implementing Best Practices In Tool Automation And Data Analysis.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Using Splunk, Ensuring Actionable Insights Lead To Improved Business Results.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Splunk And Splunk Itsi For Operational Monitoring And Reporting.
2. Strong Skills In Bash And Python For Scripting And Automation Tasks.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities And A Strategic Mindset.
4. Strong Interpersonal Skills For Effective Team Leadership And Client Interaction.

1. Splunk Certified Admin (Optional But Valuable)
