Advanced LAN Support • Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents. • Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks. • Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments. • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues. 7-10 years of LAN Engineering experience. • 3+ years supporting Cisco DNAC. • Experience handling major incidents.
