Job Description

Job Summary

Responsibilities & Technical Expertise:

 

  • Deliver and onboard applications into Cryptography-As-A-Service (CaaS) using CipherTrust, Fortanix, and Protegrity products.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of key management lifecycle processes.
  • Perform key rotation activities for CipherTrust and Fortanix.
  • Engage with application teams to evaluate and identify suitable onboarding use cases based on application architecture.
  • Evaluate and obtain agreement from application teams on proposed integration solutions.
  • Perform technical configuration, implementation, and support for Fortanix and CipherTrust onboarding in non-production environments.
  • Provide support for Fortanix and CipherTrust-related queries and issues.
  • Update operational documentation (e.g., AIG and related documents).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide standby support for onboarding-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CipherTrust onboarding, Fortanix integration, and CTM key rotation activities.
  • Manage business expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate strong and assertive verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

Skill Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5-8 years of work experience
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office, MS excel, MS Powerpoint.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage with business teams across technology teams

Other Requirements

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
