Support IPAM/DDI platform upgrades, patches, migrations, backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities. Monitor DDI platform availability, health, capacity, and performance. Handle critical P1/P2 incidents and participate in major incident troubleshooting. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring IPAM, DNS, and DHCP issues. Execute complex changes and perform pre/post-change validation. Coordinate with Network, Firewall/Security, Server, Cloud, Application, and Data Center teams. Engage OEM/vendor support for complex product-level issues. Provide technical guidance and escalation support to L1/L2 teams. Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge articles. Participate in 24x7/on-call support as required.
