Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational processes with a focus on continuous improvement and effective problem-solving. This position is essential for meeting client SLAs and empowering teams through robust people management strategies, ensuring that the support team consistently meets client expectations while fostering an environment of innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Leveraging Etl And Data Lake Technologies To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Supporting Organizational Planning Initiatives.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Utilizes Aws Core Services And Aws Analytics To Meet And Exceed Client Expectations Through Effective Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In The Implementation Of Data Pipelines, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Alignment With Organizational Objectives.
4. Innovate And Propose New Ideas For Process Development Using Aws Rds To Support Overall Organizational Progress And Enhance Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Employing Best Practices In Data Management And Analytics, Leading To Measurable Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Etl Processes And Data Lake Architecture.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Aws Core Services, Aws Rds, And Aws Analytics.
3. Experience In Developing And Managing Data Pipelines.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
5. Ability To Lead And Mentor Teams Effectively.

1. Aws Certified Solutions Architect Associate (Optional But Valuable)
