Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational activities with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead will drive innovations in processes, enhance reporting systems, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Systems By Leveraging Azure Security And Palo Alto Tools, Ensuring Efficient Management Reporting And Streamlined Information Flow To Enhance Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Expectations Through Effective Use Of Cloud Security And Azure Active Directory.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Utilizing Azure Security Best Practices To Communicate Project Goals Transparently And Drive Team Engagement.
4. Foster Innovation By Integrating New Ideas And Processes In Cloud Security And Azure Active Directory To Support Organizational Progress And Improve Overall Efficiency.
5. Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Using Palo Alto And Azure Security Frameworks, Leading To Measurable Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Azure Security And Palo Alto Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security Principles And Azure Active Directory Functionalities.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Operational Management Skills.
4. Ability To Lead Teams Effectively And Facilitate Transparent Communication.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (Pcnse)
