MBA or CA or Semi Qualified CA with 10-15 years of relevant experience
in MNC (BPO or Captive)
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany,
Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory
requirements.
• Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power
BI, Alteryx, etc
• Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals.
• Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs
• Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR)
• Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level)
• Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for
operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits,
and contract amendments.
• Champion transformation, automation, and continuous
improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.
