Summary:
As a Network Operations Support and Implementation Engineer, a typical day involves supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity. This role requires hands-on expertise in network operations, incident resolution, configuration, performance monitoring, and infrastructure implementation across LAN/WAN, switching, routing, wireless, and security environments. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network changes, upgrades, migrations, and technology refreshes while maintaining network availability, performance, and security.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance system architecture.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and technical growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network design principles, including routing, switching, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switching and wireless technologies, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with network performance monitoring, fault isolation, incident management, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, VRFs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, QoS, and IP addressing.
- Knowledge of network security best practices, access control, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions.
- Experience with network migrations, upgrades, technology refreshes, and infrastructure transformation projects.
- Strong documentation skills, including network diagrams, technical procedures, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center/DNAC) for network management, automation, device provisioning, monitoring, and assurance.
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), including NAC, 802.1X authentication, policy enforcement, guest access, and device profiling.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
