Job Summary

Role: Senior Java Cloud Modernization Engineer / Architect

Experience Required: 10+ Years

 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead modernization of complex enterprise applications and legacy platforms.
  • Design and develop scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java-based solutions.
  • Drive cloud migration initiatives and modernization programs.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based applications using cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business and engineering challenges.
  • Ensure security, governance, performance optimization, and maintainability of enterprise solutions.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, CI/CD Pipelines, and DevOps Practices.
  • Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications.
  • Database expertise in PostgreSQL and Sybase.
  • Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Oracle Coherence.
  • Application performance tuning and optimization for data-intensive systems.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Application Security
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Dependency Governance
    • Secure-by-Design Engineering
